Tell me what needs fixing

Tell me what is not working right now and when it has to be ready. I reply within one business day, and after the first call you get a fixed quote with a timeline.

Email connect@gatisdesign.com is the fastest way.

I am based in Riga and work remotely with clients in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and the USA. Correspondence and calls in Latvian, English or Russian.

The completed form goes straight to my inbox. Nobody else reads it, and your description is never published anywhere.

I ask about the budget range on purpose: if you have 800 EUR but the solution costs 6000 EUR, that is worth knowing in the first minute, not after the third call.

I reply within one business day

I work alone, so I read every request myself. You will get a reply within one business day - even when the reply is “this is not my kind of work, but I know who does it better”.

If nothing has arrived within two days, check your spam folder and write again directly to connect@gatisdesign.com.

What happens after your request

No multi-stage sales funnels: three steps from your message to a clear proposal.

  1. 01

    Reply

    1 business day

I read the description and reply with the first questions, or offer a time for a call right away. If the project is not a fit for me, I say so immediately, not a week later.

  2. 02

    Call

    20-30 minutes

A phone or video call. We talk about the problem, not about my experience. After the call it is usually clear whether the answer is a new website, a brand, automation or three changes to the existing site.

  3. 03

    Proposal

    2-3 business days

A written proposal with the scope, a fixed price and dated deadlines, no hidden line items. If you agree, we start with a 50% advance payment.

What to write so the reply is useful

(Before you write)

The more specific the description, the more specific the reply. No technical specification is needed: five concrete lines are worth more than two pages of general words.

  • What is not working right now: the website brings no leads, the brand looks dated, the team spends hours on manual work.

  • What the goal is: more leads, a new market, less routine, visibility in AI answers.

  • What already exists: a current website, a logo, copy, photos, a CRM.

  • The deadline and the budget range.

  • A link to your site and to one competitor's site that you like.

What I do not do

(Honest up front)

This is not arrogance but time-saving: there are projects where I will not be the best choice.

  • I do not take projects where the only criterion is the lowest price. If the choice is made from a table of three quotes, you will find someone cheaper.

  • I do not take work that was due yesterday. Design made in a hurry looks like design made in a hurry.

  • I do not work without access to the person who makes the decisions. If every sentence has to be approved by a committee of five, the process will stall.

  • I do not start work with the brief “make something beautiful”. If there is no goal, there is nothing to measure.

  • I do not sell hours. I sell a result with a fixed price and a timeline.

Questions

How long does a reply take?
No longer than one business day. If you write on a Friday evening, the reply comes on Monday. If nothing has arrived within two days, the message most likely landed in spam - write again directly to connect@gatisdesign.com.
Is the first consultation paid?
No. The first call, 20-30 minutes, is free and without obligation. You only pay for the work that starts after the proposal is approved.
How does payment work?
50% on agreement, 50% on delivery. Invoices are due in 5 business days and are issued without VAT. The price in the proposal is fixed: if the scope changes along the way, we agree on it in writing before I continue.
Do you work with clients abroad?
Yes. Clients are in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and the USA. The work is remote, correspondence and calls in Latvian, English or Russian. I schedule calls around the client's time zone.
Can you take over a project that is already under way?
Yes, and it happens often. Before I agree, I assess what has been done: code quality, hosting, access, licenses. Sometimes it is cheaper to finish the existing work, sometimes to rebuild from scratch. I tell you honestly which option is better for you, even when the other one would pay me more.
